Another dish Chef created was the macaroni and green pea cake, served with a flaming stuffed eggplant. 

The contents of the stuffed eggplant have never been properly identified.

Then there was the unfortunate onion and corn cob butterscotch stew incident, which induced many tears...and later, vomit.
